Jeff Jacobs, principal of Jacobs Entertainment, has proposed a development project for Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera, aiming for a “win-win” outcome for the local community. The project includes a mega yacht marina, a “boutique” casino, four to five “lock and leave” neighborhoods, a small resort, restaurants, and affordable workforce housing. Jacobs emphasized his commitment to listening to residents’ concerns and ensuring environmental and financial sustainability.
