This transition follows the decision by Affinity Interactive's subsidiary, The Primadonna Company, LLC, to exit the location because the leasehold interest was no longer financially viable, reportedly costing $10–15 million annually.
Terrible’s has successfully reopened several non-gaming amenities, such as the Primm Center, Chevron station, and Starbucks. The company also retained approximately 300 employees who wished to stay. While the immediate focus is reopening the Primm Valley Casino, long-term plans for the remaining properties are still being finalized, with potential investments in infrastructure and enhanced amenities being considered.
