Wyndham adds Choctaw Casino and Resorts to portfolio and other D-FW real estate news

Crow Holdings plans to build a 245-megawatt data center campus in Dallas along the Stemmons Corridor, with the first 70-megawatt building expected in late 2027, in partnership with CleanArc Data Centers. The location offers significant connectivity advantages due to its proximity to major network hubs.
