Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has partnered with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, adding four Choctaw Casino & Resorts – Durant, Hochatown, Pocola, and Grant – to its Trademark Collection. The Choctaw Nation will retain ownership and management. Wyndham CEO Geoff Ballotti stated the affiliation meets travelers’ desires for “exciting destinations, distinctive experiences, and more meaningful ways to connect.” The resorts collectively offer nearly 2,000 rooms and will be available through Wyndham’s booking channels.
In other D-FW real estate news, the Ratcliffe family sold 100 acres in Frisco to Sobha Realty for future residential development, represented by Davidson Bogel Real Estate. Sobha Realty, an international developer, aims to create a high-quality residential project.
Crow Holdings plans to build a 245-megawatt data center campus in Dallas along the Stemmons Corridor, with the first 70-megawatt building expected in late 2027, in partnership with CleanArc Data Centers. The location offers significant connectivity advantages due to its proximity to major network hubs.
