Hollywood Casino Aurora has announced two new restaurants for its under-construction resort, set to open on June 24. The Boulevard Food & Drink Hall will feature Tabo Sushi, a counter-service restaurant by James Beard Award-winning chef Takashi Yagihashi, and Urbanbelly, a concept by Chef Bill Kim and his wife Yvonne Cadiz-Kim. Urbanbelly, known for its "Asian food cooking without borders," will offer a tighter menu with dumplings, noodles, and Korean-American dishes. To celebrate the announcement, a "Taste of Hollywood" event will be held at the Chicago Premium Outlets on April 25. The resort will also include other dining options like Lucky Goat, Antique Taco, and a planned Italian steakhouse by Giada De Laurentiis, along with a luxury wellness spa and a 226-room hotel.
