The incident began when two women went to Ferguson’s residence to confront him, and followed him to the casino. After being confronted and pepper-sprayed, Ferguson allegedly pulled out a gun and fired, striking one woman in the leg. Deputies stopped Ferguson as he was driving away and booked him on two counts of aggravated second-degree battery. All injuries were non-life-threatening, and two victims were hospitalized.
