Delhi Police dismantled an illegal gambling network in Model Town, North-West Delhi, arresting ten individuals. The Anti-Burglary Cell of the North-West District Police conducted the raid on October 28 at Rajpura, Gudmandi, also known as Raddi's Adda, following confidential intelligence about 'satta parchi' activities. Officers recovered Rs 11,300 in cash, a mobile phone used for online satta parchi writing, 244 satta slips, five carbon papers, three writing pads, a calculator, and three pens. The apprehended individuals were identified as Tazuddin, Mahender, Deepak, Aasha Ram, Mahesh, Mohit Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Giriraj, Suraj, and Umesh. An FIR (No. 413/26) has been registered at Model Town police station under Sections 12 and 9/55 of the Gambling Act. Further investigation is underway.
