Former Fiesta site to be turned into athletics-centered campus
Summary
Agora Realty & Management has unveiled plans for a $375 million mixed-use athletics campus on the 25-acre former Fiesta Rancho casino site in North Las Vegas, part of its larger Hylo Park development. The project will feature a 250,000-square-foot indoor sports complex with 10 NBA-quality courts, a 177-room hotel, a family entertainment center, medical offices, a baseball facility, a fitness playground, and an outdoor lawn area. The existing ice rink will be remodeled to accommodate a hard-top surface for basketball and other events. Game Changers Sports Academy, a charter school combining academics with athletic training, will occupy the third floor of the fieldhouse. The development aims to attract youth sports tourism, which generates over $100 billion in direct spending nationwide annually. Completion is expected in late 2027.
