Delhi's North-East District Police arrested six people in three separate raids targeting illegal gambling and satta (betting) activities on September 11. The coordinated operations, carried out by teams from Nand Nagri, Gokalpuri, and Welcome police stations, resulted in the seizure of Rs 4,510 in cash, playing cards, and other gambling materials. The apprehended individuals were identified as Devender and Pramod in Nand Nagri, Sonu and Sunil in Gokalpuri, and Sudhir Sharma and Bablu Gupta in Kabir Nagar. All cases have been registered under the Delhi Gambling Act, and officials noted that none of the accused have prior criminal records.
