The store will be located at the Run Rock Collection, a 310-acre mixed-use project off Interstate 55. The development is situated north of Interstate 80 near Olympic Boulevard, close to Joliet Junior College and the Houbolt Road exit. Spencer’s operates over 650 stores across the U.S. and Canada, with nearly 20 in Illinois, including an existing location at the Louis Joliet Mall in Joliet.
