The striking white Art Deco building, a prominent city landmark originally constructed in 1935 as the Maybury Roadhouse and Diner, is fully let to Grosvenor Casino with about four years remaining on the lease. The purchase, described as a "strategic addition" to the company's growing Scottish portfolio, offers a net initial yield of around 15 per cent. The property includes multiple gaming floors, bar areas, and 70 car parking spaces on a 1.39-acre site.
