Maná announces 2027 residency at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino
Summary
Maná has announced a six-date residency at the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino in San Manuel for 2027, scheduled for April 6, 8, 11 and September 1, 2, 6. This will be the band's only U.S. shows that year and their first residency, as well as the first for the venue. The 3,000-seat theater at Yaamava’, which opened in 2022 as part of a $750-million expansion, contrasts with the large arenas Maná typically sells out, such as the Kia Forum with over 17,000 capacity, where they set a record for most arena performances in greater L.A. with 43. Lead singer Fher Olvera said the intimate setting allows the band to share more about their songs' history and experiences. The residency is part of Yaamava’s push to attract Latino audiences in San Bernardino County, the third most populous Latino county in California. Drew Dixon, vice president of entertainment, called Maná "completely iconic" in Latin rock. Drummer Alex González noted the residency will be nostalgic, recalling the band's grassroots beginnings. Upcoming performances at Yaamava’ include Mon Laferte, Bronco, and several Mexican acts.
