No reason was provided for the exits. Station Casinos will take over the operations of the oyster bar and continue to offer its menu, while plans for the remaining two restaurant spaces will be announced in the coming weeks. Lotus of Siam, a local Thai favorite, had been operating at Red Rock Casino since 2022 after previously running at two other Las Vegas locations. Bua Food Group later added Naxos Taverna and Kallisto Oyster Bar at Naxos.
