The project aims to improve local connectivity by creating a loop between The Kingsway and Vanguard Drive. While a traffic study suggests a signalized intersection is not strictly required for the casino's operation, staff noted that the improvements would serve multiple properties and support long-term development in the area.
The 60,000 square foot facility is located within the Kingsway Employment District. If approved, agreements must be executed within six months, with construction work to be completed within two years.
