The proposed project, which would cost $176.8 million to build, is expected to include a 200-room hotel, a 15,000 square foot ballroom, meeting spaces, and multiple dining options. The complex would feature 950 gaming machines and 10 table games. The study estimates the casino would attract over 1.1 million annual visitors and create nearly 700 jobs, generating over $25 million in operating tax revenue. The tribe is applying to designate the land as trust land to allow for the operation of an off-reservation casino.
