Parx Casino has expanded its offerings with the opening of the Parxview Hotel, a six-story, 160-room hotel renovated from the former Inn at Fox Chase. Located across from the casino, the smoke-free hotel features 16 suites, The Bistro at Parxview, a fitness center, and a complimentary shuttle to the casino. A seasonal pool deck is expected to open by the end of May. Parx’s parent company, Greenwood Racing, opted for a renovation rather than a new construction to expedite the process and meet the demand for lodging, particularly with Philadelphia’s upcoming events.
